This custom publishing effort was meant to coincide with Target's mission to attract a younger, more savvy audience. They had just started to cultivate their exclusive designer lines and CDs. For distribution at the checkout, we convinced them to make a "flip book" where the editorial read one way and the reader flipped it over to read the catalog listings behind it.
